Palmettobuffalo provides consulting services in raw materials logistics and inventory management of heavy industrial natural resources, including training on global supply chain optimization, contract negotiation with external suppliers, and storage cost auditing. Services are provided exclusively based on these terms.
The Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. Palmettobuffalo undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, in accordance with industry standards. Any change in requirements must be communicated in writing at least 5 business days in advance.
Palmettobuffalo is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions caused by the use of the services. The total liability of Palmettobuffalo is limited to the contract value for services provided in the last 12 months.
Either party may unilaterally terminate the contract with a 30-calendar-day notice, by written notification. In case of non-fulfillment of essential obligations, the injured party may terminate the contract immediately, without notice.
Palmettobuffalo reserves the right to modify these terms. Any modification will be communicated to clients at least 15 days before its entry into force. Continued use of the services after the modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
